Our billing is tied to the compute resources needed for analyzing your portfolio. Actions like uploading and processing data, adjusting assumptions, and creating scenarios all use compute credits, which represent the resources needed to process various tasks.
What is a credit?
Carbon Signal uses ensemble modeling techniques in its analysis, meaning there are a collection of models that we create every time we process your data. This collection allows us to capture uncertainty and create more robust predictions. Each ensemble is made up of 100 models, and 1 credit is used every time we update an ensemble.
Credit Prices
Get in touch with billing@carbonsignal.com to discuss pricing for your Team. Bulk pricing is available for large portfolios and may also be adjusted depending on whether you pay as you go, or whether you purchase a package of credits to use throughout a specific contract period.
Activity Tracking
To keep track of how many credits your Team has used, go to Team settings, and navigate to the Activity page. This graph shows the cumulative number of credits used across all the Portfolios on your team in the past 12 months, 30 days, and 7 days.
